Foot, Ankle, Knee and Hip Exercises for Drag Queens  Walking, dancing and standing in heels takes a toll on the feet and legs.  Don't forget that legendary queens like Prince and Kevin Aviance needed double hip replacements after years of dancing in heels.  Learn some basic, easy stretches and exercises to reduce pain and increase strength. **I am not licensed in any way, but am a drag queen in my 40's who has been dancing since I was 2, and practicing yoga for 20 years. I would like to share some helpful exercises, and make sure I remember to do them during the festival.  I am open to seeking out certified yoga or fitness instructors to help with the class, but am happy to lead it myself.
